Gmail blocked by Umbrella

Hello guys!

I'm using WSA and Umbrella in my company, but now Umbrella is blocking gmail.

appear the error "mail.google.com is blocked by opendns"

I already added the URLs below in the WSA and in the default policy of the Umbrella, but still not working.

mail.google.com

accounts.google.com

ssl.google-analytics.com

accounts.youtube.com

play.google.com

Any idea what can be done to release gmail?

Maybe you have Webmail blocked under your Content Setting.

No, because sometimes gmail works, most of the time is blocked, but sometimes works fine.

1-Open the CLI

2- Enter the command "grep" without the quotes -> Enter

3-Enter the number 1 -> Enter

4-Type the ip of your machine or user name.

5-Enter the following values

Y

N

Y

N

6-Try to access gmail normally and share the logs with me.
