Hello Karem,

How many users are there behind this DSL router ? Have you explored options of Cloud Web Security ? You can block facebook and other web traffic with no additional hardware. Please check this :

Blocking facebook with ACL will be difficult as it is akamai hosted website and doesnt reach to a single IP. Moreover, complete page reaches out to different server IPs depending on apps/games/etc.

great thank csaxena  , but i have small network and one switch and 28 users but i don't have any firewall can i do this step on the router ??

Hello Karem, 

Your hardware doesn't support redirection to cloud proxy. But we can leverage using a PAC file, or configuration on browser or use a Software Service on windows server(Native Connector). Have a look at this :
