How to reset WSA to default if password lost

To comply with an internal policy a customer need to document steps to reset their S690 hardware appliances to a factory default in case if a password lost or not available. A physical access is available. Is there any option to enable support tunnel without to login? Or would cisco support able to login without enabling the support tunnel first? According to the documentation: "If you do not know the passphrase for the admin account, contact your customer support provider to reset the passphrase"

Hello @fw_mon

to reset to factory, you need to have access to WSA,

kindly check this link please : Reset Your Administrator Password and Unlock the Administrator User Account - Cisco

you will provide the serial number and we will generate a temporary  password for user adminpassword, then you can login ( change password , or reset to factory)

You have to call Cisco, they'll give you a pw for it. There isn't a way to do it from a console.
