Hello Jacques, after talking to Nicolas, to my knowledge, it is not possible in the CLI to do this, the easiest way is to delete a user's authentication, if that's what you mean by web session .
If not create an identity for the ip of the client and create it a policy that blocks access, but it's a bit brutal ...
