Ironport URL misclassification

Hello Cisco,

I have noticed that Ironport is classifying our forums as ""Pornography;Newsgroups/Forums".

Correct classification would be: "Newsgroups/Forums".

Please advise how to corrrect this.

Hi Cisco Team,

I have the same problem described by others in this chat forum.  My company's website (www.journaledit.com) is currently being classified by Cisco Ironport as "Unclassified".  I am not a Cisco client, but many of my customers are Cisco clients and cannot access the site.

Can you please help me with correcting this?  It should be classified as "Education".

As mentioned in the post, you can use your CCO ID or create a new guest login to access the reputation center support and log in your request.

I would love to add the website to certain category classification, unfortunately, I don't have an appropriate account to make those changes.

The website which I wish to change is used as Filter avoidance tool however it isn't marked as such: www.expressvpn.com

Where do you find the classification for your website?  Also, where can I get the WBRS rating for my website?  Will changing the classification help improve the WBRS rating?

We have recently rebranded, from 123ContactForm to 123FormBuilder. But we have received reports from our clients that Cisco reports our new site as malware:

We also have an issue. While we are not a cisco customer, our customers are affected.

The domain: milatin-group.co.il is categorized as phishing and is a false positive.

Can you please assist?
