I've got some issues with Protectlink. So, Iet's lookin at the tab called "Protectlink > Web Protection > Web Threat Protection".
When I ticked to enable it (Security level : Low ), a lot of website are unavailable... I don't know why. Even if the URL Filtering is totally disabled, there's no change. ( When it's enabled, I ticked only the Adult Category ) Besides, I guess that when Protectlink Web is activated, we've got latency issues. I know it's because the router is communicating with TrendMicro labs to ask if the website is safe or not. But that's really annoying. I've already seen the PDF's about Protectlink & SA 500 series configuration.
I just wanna understand why PWG block quite all websites, even without URL Filtering, and how does it works really.
The device your referring to is not part of of the Web Security Appliance Forums. Please refer to the appropriate forum which applies to that device. The SA 520 seems to be a wireless router with security features.
