M390 SMA Upgrade

Hello, 

I would like to upgrade a M390 SMA to 13.8.1-052

It had only two upgrades and I chose 13.6.2. The upgrade was successful

Then we tried to download the next updates but it said no updates available. 

The SMA has a proxy (WSA), and we see in the logs the transaction and it is "Allow"

Any ideas why it cannot find the updates?

Release notes say you can upgrade to 13.8.1-052 from

* 13.6.2 - 034

* 13.6.2 - 052

* 13.6.2 - 058



If you're on one of those, and it won't show you 13.8.1-052, open a TAC case.

There may be an issue in provisioning.

Yes I upgraded to 13.6.2 - 058. 

When you say provisioning what exactly do you mean?

Might be sth wrong with the upgrade?

In the Cisco upgrade infrastructure, which devices are allowed to upgrade to new versions as well as what version you can upgrade from is controlled, based on what they have tested.

It could be a mistake in that database won't let you upgrade.
