hi i got a problem with docx files
Ironport S160 (AsyncOs v6.3.0-604) recognizes it as application/x-zip. I know why!
Office 2007 files are XML contained within a zip file.

It sounds like you should contact customer support, and if it becomes necessary, they can open a bug or a feature request with engineering to change this (depending on what they say the problem is/isn't).

They are actually zip files. You may even rename them to .zip and open
