Problems with URLs redirected to HTTPS with port (:443)

The proxy is blocking a URL that I have in a custom category, and the category is "pass through" in the policies. This happens to me with several URLs that appear in the end port: 443. Does anyone know what the problem is? What I have had to do is bypass because it does not work through the WSA.

Look at the Decryption policy - UAproNT_HTTPS - how it was configure and tweak that polices.

Since we do not what that policy configured, it is hard to suggest here.

The URL is in a custom category that is pass through (Image attached), if I make a policy trace the result is that the query is completed without problems.
These problems I have only seen when the port is added to the end of the domain.
