New here, not sure if there is a different place for this or not, but I have two suggestions for features I would like to see added:
1) A 'comment box' that lets admins annotate the reason for a specific entry in a Custom URL list (for example, xyz.com needed to allow application abc to function correctly.)
2) An option to to temporarily allow a Custom URL list entry through ironport, and have it 'expire' after a set amount of time. We are having to add sites constantly that are only needed for one specific instance, and it would be useful to be able to set it to expire after 24 hours/one week and not have to worry about going back in and cleaning up the access lists.
Or are there ways to do this, that I am not aware of?
