Our WSA S160 is integrated with AD, we want to make sure that a user account (ex: user1/domain) cannot be used from any other system to login on WSA simultaneously for Internet access.

this is less of a technical question than more of an organizational one. I would take care that the account password is only known to the user itself (which should be mandatory anyway). This avoids the kind of "misuse" that you've outlined.
The other way you were asking for would e.g. limit an admin that is working on multiple systems at the same time to access to public resources that he/she needs to perform his/her work.

This feature is marked for the next release of the WSA.
