We are trying to filter social media, http is working, but users are simply turning to https. We are not routing https through s370 at this time. If we do route https through S370, can we block desired URLs without certificates? We have a mixed platform environment, issuing the cert to all devices, etc. would be challening. We are only concerned with URL blocking, not with packet contents.
