Talos web category ticket closed, but category not applied

I've submitted 2 tickets in the last couple days requesting domains for Talos to categorize. Both tickets have been closed as FIXED with no comments .. but the categories are not present when I query them on https://talosintelligence.com. Is the web category system having issues?

As I understand correctly, you need them to get a new category (not changing the category?)

The domains were eventually categorized after 7+ days. It usually takes 24 hours, I don't think it's acceptable it took so long.
