Good afternoon,

Tell me how to solve the problem of access to the site https: //www.windyty.som.
Policy on the device registered to access the site.
Policy Trace through mode shows all normal (Attache File).

When you try to enter this site through IronPort an error is "proxy server is not responding."

Tell me what to do?

Hi Max,

create a custom url category containing .windyty.com then insert this category in your decryption policy under the 'URL filtering' section and choose  'pass through' action.

Probably this website have troubles regarding https decryption, in this way WSA will not decrytp connection to this website.

Regards,

Alessandro

I'm glad that i helped you.

Just a suggestion :  use this configuration only for trusted websites 'cause pass through action means that WSA will not use any other check to evaluate the connection .

Alessandro
