Traffic Shaping with WSA

Do the Cisco WSA provides any worthy traffic shaping capabilities? Can somebody explain me the different possibilities? I cannot find anything about this functionalities in the data sheets.

For most definitions of "traffic shaping", I would say No, the WSA doesn't do it...

You can put bandwidth limits based on URL categories, some applications, and an over all limit, but it can't prioritize which stuff goes first...
