A customer has Ironport WSA, and they are wanting to block all URLs but 1. I went through all the steps of creating the ID, decrypt, and access policies, but it does not seem to be applying. Then I noticed that if I go into the logs I see zero HTTPS entries even though I clearly have went to quite a few just in the last few minutes. So now I am wondering if for some reason HTTPS is not being blocked at all, and sure enough, every HTTPS website is accessible. I did not set this up, and honestly have little WSA experience. Is there a known reason why this would happen?

Hi
1. You may create a custom URL category.
2. Define an identity policy and link the custom URL category with this identity policy.
3. Link custom URL category with decryption policy - allow or decrypt as per requirement.
4. Link custom URL category with access policy and configure allow access.
