URL Categorization Request

Good morning.

I am trying to get my website categorized by Cisco/Ironworks but I get the error message:

"Your Cisco account does not currently have the proper credentials to access this resource!"

The web address is niccolo-p dot com

Can someone please assist with this issue? 

It should be classified as "Shopping".

Hi,

We have requested https://www.niccolo-p.com as "shopping" category now and please allow at least 24 hours for this to get reflected globally.

The error message that you were experiencing, would recommend to speak to your Cisco Account Rep for them to provide you the level of privilege for the portal to request for categorization.

Hi There is an online portal for customer to check categorisation and request for re-categorisation, however you will need to use CCOid to login.

The website is confirmed has the 'shopping' category now.
