VWSA Access Log Upload to FTP

Hi,

I added a new Log Subscription for Access Log in addition to the existing accesslog subscription because I want to create another copy of access log and upload it to a FTP server. 

I have configured the settings, but I don't see any log file on the new FTP server. When I run CLI and do GREP and select this new access log, I can see live logs, but nothing on the FTP server.

Any idea why I am not receiving any access logs?

Just to update everyone, my issue is my FTP server supports active mode only at this moment and WSA doesn't support active mode.

Cisco Docs:

AsyncOS for Web only supports passive mode for remote FTP servers. It cannot push log files to an FTP server in active mode.
