W3c logs not visible on CTA console inspite of rolling over

I configured CTA on WSA following the cisco article and video.

https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/security/web_security/scancenter/deployment/guide/Configure_WSA_Upload.pdf

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bk--AV0oYkI&amp=&feature=share

but even after rolling over the logs manually, i cannot see any data on cta console.Logs are not coming over

Checked all scp details like host server, directory, port, device username, public ssh key.Everything is correct.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Thanks.

Maggie

This was due to ssh to the cta server being blocked on the firewall.

Hello Maggie,

Could you please check if you have any errors in "display alerts" or are you receiving any alerts for that logs are being pushed or if there is an issue with the communication?

Regards
