Whitellisting on WSA s170

I have added proofpoint enterprise managment site (https://00031601.pphosted.com:10000/admin) to a whitelisted addresses but its not still working. i also have a few other webpage address to that list which are working fine.

grep the access log and see what is wrong, or post the logs ?

This policy blocking, you have white list access rule, so add that URL in to that and test it.

i already have and the site opened but i still cannot upload files

We are not sure your access Policy, if the Site in White list does not mean you have all the rights to upload.

check the Upload Blocking extention rules also.

what kind of files you trying to upload ? post complete logs right open the site to upload failed.
