Windows and Office Activation but not Windows Updates

Hello, 

Does anyone know if it is possible to allow the windows activation process through WSA and at the same time not allow the windows updates?

I think that could be difficult. I should look into Active Directory-based activation.

Another possibility could be to make a policy for the actual user agent that is used by the activation process but that could be hard to find and unreliable.
