WSA - App Whatsapp, Signal not working

Hello,

I have a problem with applications like Whatsapp or Signal which are installed on PC. All http/https request are transfered to our Cisco WSA via WCCP. Only solution which I found is to add source IP address to Bypass but this is very problematic for us because we have lots of computers which using this app, so this solution is poorly scalable. There is another way to solve this problem ?

I also tried to create Custom URL Category, add .whatsapp.com, whatsapp.com, add this Cutom URL Category to not decrypt this traffic (Pass Through)

I have a problem with applications like Whatsapp or Signal which are installed on PC  - is this only 1 PC, why not PC have static IP address from DHCP, if this is only requirement for the PC and add as suggested the rule for that PC not all the source IP address.

capture the logs and see any uniqueness you can see in the header, so based on that you can make a rule, for example like user-agent.
