WSA blocks skype business traffic

Hi All,

We install WSAv for a POC. Unfortunately, the appliance blocks skype business traffic.

How to issue this problem? Kindly help!

Skype for Business, aka "Lync"?

Put the IPs of your Edge boxes and the web IP of the server or load balanced IP in the Web Security Manger/Bypass Settings.

If you are using WCCP, you could create an ACL with the Skype server IP ranges and use that to bypass WCCP. Place this rule above the WCCP redirect rule.
