Hi,
It seems you are facing the issue due to bug: CSCzv91509 ( https://tools.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCzv91509 ) which throws an exception if the WSA is unable to contact the cisco Update servers.
Here are the Workarounds suggested in the Bug information:
Workaround:
If the issue was unreachable ironport udpate servers:
For versions 7.7.x: Restore connection to Cisco Updater Servers and run "tzupdate force" in the CLI to force all updates
For versions 7.5 and earlier: Restore connection to Cisco Updater Servers and reboot the appliance.
If issue was two or more handlers trying to download same update:
Contact Cisco Technical support to stop the extra handler
Regards,
Kush
