No, you can't create etherchannel.
If you want to have HA then I'd recommend to purchase additional appliance and install it as a:
- second wccp member if transparent redirection mode is configured
- HA member if running explicit forwarding mode (this feature has been added recenty in asyncos)
You can also run secondary appliance as a virtual appliance (supported on esxi platform) as long as you're running same asyncos version on both appliances.
And connect one appliance on one switch and other appliance on second switch.
