WSA - Latency and Response Time

I have a WSA that is generating slowness on the client network.

In the SHD logs I see that the "Latency" field has increased from 600 to 60000 (approximately).

What does the "Latency" field in the SHD Logs mean?
What does the "Response Time" field of the "status detail" command mean?

Evidence is in the attached images.

We detected that latency is added by a CheckPoint perimeter firewall, as it had a feature called "acceleration" enabled.

After disabling the "acceleration" feature, the latency decreased to 300ms.

Response time is how long it takes the WSA to get an answer back to the client. Latency is more or less the same measurement.
What version are you running? What size box are you running?
I don't remember what version it was, 11.x I think, it would run fine for a while and then bog down and get slow. If I remember correctly AMP was having issues, and a reboot would clean it up for a while. It got better in 11.7, and 11.8
Smaller models get bogged down when they update so spread those out.
Didn't have it in 12.5.x, I'm currently on 14.0.2, and its been fine as well.

I have the WSA S395, version 14.0.1-053.
The high latency has changed from one month to the next, as can be seen in the attached image.
I don't have AMP enabled.

Ok, then all the causes I know are out.
Probably time to open a TAC case.
