WSA Licensed for Sophos, but not showing in feature keys

I have entered the feature key for the Sophos Antivirus into my WSA's and it was accepted with no errors, but it does not show within the feature keys area. Also shows as expired or unavailable in the anti-malware services section? Any ideas?

Can anyone help?

Guessing in the dark here:

Check the email you got with the keys in it, and make sure the serial number matches the serial number of your boxes.  If it got fat fingered, your keys won't work...

By now, they keys should have been provisioned to the system, and you wouldn't have to enter it, the box should be able to just download it.  If its not showing up then somethings wrong at Cisco...

Get Sales and/or TAC involved.

Ken

All other feature keys took. I even tried reentering the key and it said it existed already.

Can you disable Sophos, commit, reenable, commit? or is that disabled?

For some stuff, the first time you enable it you have to accept a EULA.. (though I'd think the key would show up in feature keys...)

I think your next move is TAC... :(

Well that was a bit ridiculous. Had to click the button for "Check for new keys" then it pulled the Sophos feature in and you had to activate it. Seems a little odd.

Sorry, I'd assumed you'd tried that... Usually that's all I do...
