Hi Dears

I'm IT Section Manager at ENC company From Libya, I payed WSA (Hardware+Software) Product through Your Partner MCIT which installed WSA Product On our Network. Due to the failure of the MCIT to fulfill the terms of the contract between us, contact with them was cut off, and they did not provide us with the product password, and we did not benefit from it at all and the license period for this product was expired more than two years ago. Currently we like to renew WSA license and we also  change or Recovery the password. Please we need yours help.(Note: The product registered at Cisco)

you need to do admin password recovery if no other admin users added to the device :

you need to contact the partner to get the renewal License with a Serial number of the device, if that was the end of life, then you need to uplift the device or model to the new model.
