Hi Guys,
I have a WSA-S670 and Cisco Support engineer has confirmed the RAID Battery faulty and will send a RMA RAID Battery. I found below documentation to replace the RAID Battery.

Can i check after i replace the RAID Battery, how should i check the status to make sure it is up and running ?
Also is there anything i need to disable prior to shutdown the WSA ?

Hi,
Would recommend to request the Support Engineer to check the RAID battery again after you have replaced it, since they will need to check this from the backend logs (non-customer facing logs).
For WSA, you do not need to disable anything, you only need to gracefully shutdown the appliance before proceeding the replacement.
