WSA sending request outside to some sites in port 80

Hi folks we had 2 wsa in our environment today we had a strange issue that when clients trying to specific sites through https protocol ( browser user was typing https://site.com)through one of the wsa  (only some sites) the wsa was sending request to public internet to port 80 instead of 443 hence the site was not reachable and after one hour issue resolved automaticallly.any guess what would be the issue

Thanks for reaching out

its a bit hard to troubleshoot without having the PCAP from both Client to WSA and WSA to the internet. there could be a lots of reasons. 

if the issue is re-produced, it is bet to collect the acceslogs + PCAP and if there are some specific websites, you can collect the HAR file from browser as well please.
