its a bit hard to troubleshoot without having the PCAP from both Client to WSA and WSA to the internet. there could be a lots of reasons.
if the issue is re-produced, it is bet to collect the acceslogs + PCAP and if there are some specific websites, you can collect the HAR file from browser as well please.
