Kira,
I'm not sure I really understand the question. Can you explain further what a UAT is and how you're looking to implement it.
I'll assist in any way that I can.

Hi All,
I wonder Cisco has already come out the UAT document for WSA? Can anyone share it?
Thanks & Regards,

Kira,
I'm still missing something. If I understand correctly, you would like your customers (the party using the WSA) to have a document that they can sign and send to you.
What would this document declare? That they know how to use the WSA?

Hi Josh,
Have you heard of Success Criteria?
I already created a document to be signed by the client that all what he wanted on WSA were tested and working.
Im just thinking if Ironport have this kind of document format so we can just forward it to the client .
