Dear All,
I try to get a basic policy created by using web categories to block (Like Pornography, hacking sites and alike) but I cannot find the option anywhere. This is a trial license and the licensing team advised there is no such extra license that enabled the category filter.
But I have only a Global Policy and the URL Filtering states: Not available:
when I click on it it redirects me to: Secirity Services - Policy Services - Acceptable Use Controls:
"The feature key for this feature has expired or is unavailable.
For information on enabling this feature with a new key, contact your Cisco sales representative."
Cisco Sales stated all is fine with the license...
any ideas what may be wrong?
Thanks in advance!
Regards,
Gergö

"Cisco Web Usage Controls", "Cisco Web Proxy & DVS Engine", & "Cisco Web Reputation Filters", and that they're all Active.
Then, go to Security Serivces/Acceptable Use controls, and enable everything under Cisco Web Usage Controls.
Otherwise call TAC...
