WSAv 8.5.3-069 after upgrade and reboot starting with old AsyncOS

Hello, community!

I got a problem with upgrade WSAv (VMware hypervisor) 8.5.3-069 to 9.0.1-162 or 9.1.1-074 or 9.1.2-010 (I was trying all 3). Upgrade is going fine, but WSAv starting with old version (8.5.3-069) after reboot. I was trying to upgrade it from GUI, CLI, cisco server and inside server.

Can you advice me something?

It looks like the upgrade partition is not transferred successfully to the boot partition after the reboot.

Have you tried to hard reboot it or reboot/shutdown from the VM host instead from WSA? if you have not, give that a try and double check again after the WSAv comes up to see still reflecting the old version.

If its still showing old version, recommend to contact TAC and open a case since looks like there is corruption somewhere in the OS level.
