A user with Outlook Plugin issues

Hi there, we have a user that is getting this message when she tries to add webex meeting via Webex Outlook plugin (Office 365, not Productivity tool). Same issue if she uses a different PC. If someone else uses her PC, no issues. So its only with that user. What I have seen is that her calendar is full of Outlook appt. She has 5-6 appt everyday, but I dont think that will cause the issue. Also, Webex Outlook plugin works fine via Webmail, the issue is only via Outlook Client. Any thoughts, please?
