I have a client who wants to prevent executive users from being listed in the WebEx directory. I found the "Hide from search" option when you open a user account, but we were hoping to automate this in some way. For example, by having an Active Directory group containing all their users who they want to hide.
I didn't find anything in the admin interface related to this, and I believe it might not be possible. Could someone confirm before I give up on this?
