Hello,
I have 40 Meeting Rooms with Webex Roomkits (Plus, Mini, Normal) where an Airmedia AM-200 is connected for sharing purposes.
After adding these Roomkits in Control Hub (Webex Edge for Devices) , the software of the room gets automatically upgraded.
Now I have the issue that after an upgrade of the Webex Roomkit Software (RoomOs pushed from the cloud), the Airmedia screen turns black and the only solution is to restart Airmedia or Disconnect/Reconnect the HDMI cable.
Anyone who has the same issue?
