Certificate error message when trying to update Cisco WebEx Meeting to 40.2.16.14

Hello,

 

We can't update WebEx Meeting clients to 40.2.16.14.

During the update process we have error message :

L23066 - "We cannot update your Cisco Webex Meetings because we cannot verify the security certificate for your Webex site. This error may occur because we cannot access the digital signature site, your firewall has blocked external access to a revocation server, or there is a problem connecting to the network. Contact your administrator for assistance."

 

Usually client are behind proxy and firewall, but we have same error message with direct access to Internet.

Files are correctly download to %tmp%\ptools-AD1E4790-9F8F-47B6-867C-AF01F24A6D81 folder :

 - atgpcdec.7z

 - pt.md5

 - ptupdate.7z

 - ptupdate.ini

 - ptupdate.xml

 - ptversion.xml

 

hash and size of .7z files sound good (but are not copy to the right place...)

I trying to made update manually by extracting ptupdate.7z and renaming atgpcdec.7z to atgpcdec.dll and copy to "WebEx\Webex\Applications" folder and it's work... but it's not the right process...

 

Could you please help me to know why we have this error message?
