Anyone have issues with their Cisco 730 Headset going offline in Control hub? I have to reset it in the remote app then delete the device in control hub.

Did you try to upgrade the device to latest firmware?
I had some issues with buttons not working In Call and after Firmware Upgrade it was sovled.
Firmware Upgrade can be done through Webex App of Browser

I haven't heard of any issues so far with the 730 headset going offline. Is it intermittent? or does it happen on a regular basis?
