We are using the Cisco Directory Connector to sync users, groups and avatars from Active Directory to Webex. i recently added a user to AD and initiated a manual sync of the Directory Connector, however the users avatar is not populating in Webex Control Hub and to the Webex App. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Patrick,
Did you run a Full Sync? It would require a full sync instead of incremental sync. If no success after the full sync you could clear the Avatar's cache and then run another full sync. From the deployment guide:
1. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco Systems\Cisco Directory Connector\Plugins\
2. Delete DirSyncPluginAvatar.dll-cache.bin.
3. Rerun the avatar synchronization from the Cisco directory connector.
