Cisco (SP) Cert Expiring, "None" for Usage

I did not setup single sign on for WebEx, this was done by someone who is no longer with our company.

I see in the admin portal that my Cisco (SP) cert is expiring soon, but the cert usage shows "none".

We use Azure IdP which is valid for another few years.  My question:  Is there any impact if we do not renew the Cisco SP cert?

Thanks

Hey @hauchinango,

Even if your Webex portal is showing your Cisco (SP) without details under Certificate usage, renewing it as soon as possible is very important. If the certificate is still valid you need to click on Actions > Renew certificate.

For more details please follow  Renew expiring certificates inside of this article:

Hi hauchinango,

If you have SSO configured you will need to updated the Cisco (SP) certificate.  The attached article should help you out.
