Good day, whenever I'm trying to put in my activation code I'm getting a error stating "can't reach webex server a firewall may be blocking it" I've factory reset it about five times and I'm still getting the same error.

Is it running a relatively recent version of RoomOS/CE? If not you may want to download that from Cisco.com and update locally. There was a root CA switch a couple years ago that older software loads won't trust.

You could have easily checked this on the Room Kit Plus software downloads page. As of today, latest is 11.14.3.0.
