The old site administration page for Webex had the option to automatically deactivate users after X days of activity. Does that setting exist on Control Hub?

Hello @CT31752 ,
Control Hub users are automatically deleted if they have been in an Inactive state (deactivated) for 30 days.

Hi @CT31752 ,
this feature is available now in Control Hub. You can find it in the common settings (security options) of a Webex Meetings site.
Best regards,
Igor

You are talking about an option to automatically remove a license inside of the Webex site but the User still can be Active and using Webex messaging and/or Hybrid Services. The Control Hub user management will be only from admin.webex.com > Management > Users.

There is an option to manually Deactivate a user within control hub. Be warned though after a period of time a deactivated user will be deleted from Webex by Cisco along with their data without warning. I know this because it happened to us and advised it is by design after we raised a TAC case to find out where users and their data was. This happened after about 6-8 weeks in May of last year. Unless it has changed since you good chance it will happen again.

AFAIK there is no option for this in Control Hub.
