Desk Pro: Custom video backgrounds

Hi everybody,

does anyone use custom video backgrounds on Desk Pros? I'm encountering a strange issue while using them. Regardless of image's type (.JPG or .PNG), its resolution (1280x720, 1920x1080, 3940x2160) and its size (500 kB - 3,5 MB), the device software is stretching it unnecessarily and approx. 5 percent of the image on each side gets cut. When using same images in Webex meeting client under Windows 10, everything is shown properly.

Any thoughts?

Hi VoIPlab,

Have you tried using the page https://roomos.cisco.com/images to see if the same thing happens to you?
I upload an image from here and it works without problems.

Hi Javier,

thank you for following up on this thread - Cisco has fixed that issue somewhen last year. It works now like a charm.
