Display Name name not reflected in participant name in meetings

I changed the display name for one of our users from Randall to Randy.    WebEx uses the display name in some areas like his personal room is now "Randy XXXX's personal room".  However, when in a meeting it still uses his First and Last name and not the display name. I can't change his first name in WebEx as it syncs with our AD where we are required to use legal name. Is there a fix for this so that his display name is used in meetings?

Unfortunately, there's currently no workaround for users who are uploaded by AD. Webex will only use their AD name. Webex will allow the name change as you've found, but won't save/show the name change since it syncs with AD. If the company AD requirements require the user's legal name, maybe a feature request would be able to override the AD name in the user's profile.
