https://help.webex.com/en-US/article/2j42yk/Enable-Idle-Timeout-for-Webex-for-Web says "From the customer view in https://admin.webex.com, go to Settings, and scroll to the Idle Timeouts section".
Actually, the section where Idle Timeouts are set is called "Organization Settings", not "Settings". It would be nice to have the Help Center page corrected.
