How do you enable participants in a meeting to change their displayed name?

We use to be able to change the name that is displayed but on the new system it is fixed.  Is there something I can do to enable this feature?

Starting with Webex 40.7 guest participants have the possibility to edit their name in the Preview window (i.e. before joining the Webex meeting):

For non-guest users, the system will display the name that is defined in the Webex profile of that specific user.
