How to Change WebEx Video Stream Layout on Cisco Endpoints

We need to be able to change the video layout to the new gridview 6x6 or 25x25 like you can on a PC while on a WebEx call from our Cisco video endpoints.  This article says it can happen and I know we have done it in the past, but as of current and before version 40.10 we don't see the icon on the touch 10 to make the layout change.  I have tested with a number of devices from a C series, SX, DX and Room Kits with no luck.  Any thoughts?

Try using the 2 and 8 keys on the keypad to cycle through the layout options
