How to enable that all users can share their webcam in Webex.

Good afternoon Colleagues,

I have been getting complains that people on the panel (including host) were able to share the video feed from their webcam.

The webcam icon is missing.

As an administrator of WEBEX, how can I enable it for all users?

According to the official Webex help center, the most common culprit for webcam issues on Webex is other apps. 

I would suggest to close down any apps on devices that access to webcam.
