How to get customized WebEx URL without .my with licensed subscription

Hi there,

I would like to develop further disucssion from this article with the similar disucssion on how to change the assigned url to customized one.

How do you get your own WebEx URL 

So far I found we can change the url through https://admin.webex.com/meeting/sites by clicking site name as instruction below. 
https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/ryp0a4/Change-your-Webex-site-URL

However, .my remains between assigned name and .webex.com
Does any expert find out how to change that or does it require advanced subscription beyond starter to do so?

Have you tried to add a new site from meetings? If that works, its possible to migrate users/settings
