So we recently upgraded WebEx in our non-producition environment and I have received a new license after generating a license request from WebEx. When trying to install the license file I get the following error every time...
"An error occurred while attempting to process the request. If the problem persists, open a Service Request using the TAC Service Request Tool or contact the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) at 800-553-2447."
I have had multiple cases opened and received multiple licenses. I have even generated a new license request and had a new license provided, but that still did not work.
I haven't found any other discussions with this same issue and TAC has been unable to determine what the problem is so far. Has anyone else seen this?
